The Career Development
Center at California State University, San Bernardino offers a wide
array of services for employers. We invite you to consider
our facility as a one-stop shop to assist you with future employment
needs:
Our university offers 42 bachelor's and 20 master's degree programs
in a number of academic areas. Typically our students are older (average
age 28) and have had some work experience. A high percentage of our students
are from the Inland Empire.

Interview potential employees in our office -
The On-Campus
Interview Program (OCI) Interviewtrak is administered through MonsterTrak
and offers an opportunity for employers to visit
the campus
to interview students and alumni for job vacancies. There are two formal
interviewing sessions per year (Fall & Spring Quarters), targeted
for employer convenience in recruiting graduating seniors, post-baccalaureate
students
and alumni for full-time positions.
Special Instructions for Third Party Recruiters -
Third Party Recruiters are agencies, organizations, or individuals recruiting
candidates for temporary, part-time or full-time employment opportunities
other than for their own staffing needs. This includes entities that
refer or recruit for profit or not-for-profit, and it includes agencies
that collect student information to be disclosed to employers for purposes
of recruitment and employment. These recruiters must agree not to charge
students/alumni applicants any placement fees.

Participation in the Career Development Center career fairs.
University's Non-Disclosure Policy:
The University agrees not to disclose the identity of the client employer
to the student and will make no attempt to entice the client organization
into direct contact with the Career Development Center where no previous
relationship exists.
Agreement To Non-Disclosure Policy (Recruiters):
Third party recruiters must agree not to disclose to any employer any
student information without prior written approval from the student
to do so. This includes information pertaining to the student's race,
color, gender, national origin, age, disability or religion.
Third party recruiters agree to provide in writing the name(s), city
and state of the client organization(s) on whose behalf they will be
recruiting CSUSB students and alumni. (This information will be considered
confidential and will not be given to any applicant.)
Third party recruiters agree to provide in writing the title(s) and
description(s) of positions for which on-campus interviews are being
conducted.
Third Party recruiters will abide by the Career Development Center's
policy which prohibits employers from unlawfully discriminating in the
selection of employees on the basis of age, national origin, race, religion,
sex, sexual orientation, disability, citizenship, or status as a disabled
veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era.
