The On-Campus Interview Program brings a number of company/agency representatives in business, industry, and government to the Career Development Center during both the Fall and Spring Quarter. These representatives interview for full-time professional positions for seniors, graduate students and alumni.
(See below for upcoming on-campus interviews).
By using Symplicity, you will be able to: photo of businesswoman conducting an interview
  • View participating employers' job description and requirements.
  • Post your resume on-line.
  • Research company materials via on-line links to their website.
  • Check the status of your submitted materials.
  • Sign up for or cancel campus interviews on-line.
Symplicity is a web-based system that is time sensitive. Therefore, it is crucial that all deadlines for resume submittal and sign-ups are met. Fall quarter on-line sign-ups begin on Friday, September 26, 2008 and continue throughout the Fall quarter.

OCI No-Show Policy
The Interviewtrak system will allow you to cancel your interview up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled interview time. The no-show policy applies when a student does not appear and did not cancel their interview. Students who experience a medical or family emergency should notify the Career Development Center as soon as possible so that we may schedule an alternate in your place.
No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your right to future interviews through this program. These rules will be strictly enforced as we believe that when you sign up for an interview, you have made a committment to see that employer. If no-shows persist, recruiters may choose not to return to the campus, thus permanently affecting future CSUSB students seeking employment through on-campus interviews. So, please be considerate of your fellow students and the employers participating in our program. Thank you for your consideration.
