General Information: Interviewing for jobs is often challenging and frustrating. Keeping your cool while an employer is asking you tough question can be torture! This section will provide you with information to assist you in the interview process. In addition, the Career Development Center can offer you assistance in preparing for interviews through our "Tips for Successful Interviewing" booklet. Tips for Successful Interviewing Booklet Mock Interviews: a videotaped, practice interview with our Career Counselor. The session is approximately 2 hours long and includes a practice interview, followed by a detailed critique of the videotape with our Career Counselor. The student is responsible for bringing his/her own VHS-format videotape. (The student will be able to keep his/her own tape.) Specialized mock interviews are also available for Educators, Social Workers, and Law Enforcement Officers. This service is only available by appointment.
